Mélanie joined Crosby and Hanna in late 2025 as an Office Administrative Assistant. Known for her strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, she plays a key role in supporting smooth and efficient office operations.

Beyond the office, Melanie is a devoted mom who enjoys yoga, biking, hiking, paddle boarding and any chance to be outdoors.  Whenever she has the chance, loves to travel to the East Coast—particularly New Brunswick, her home base, to visit her family...and the ocean.
